My work is an invitation to do things differently. Through Human Design, I help women understand how their energy works, so wellness becomes personal, sustainable, and supportive rather than another thing to strive for.

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a system that brings together ancient wisdom and modern science to help you understand how you are designed to use your energy, make decisions, and move through life in a way that feels natural and supportive. Rather than telling you who to be, Human Design offers insight into how your body and energy function, including how you respond to stress, pressure, rest, and everyday demands. At its core, Human Design is a tool for self-understanding.

It helps you recognise what works for you, and what doesn’t, without judgment.

As a certified health coach, specializing in Sleep, I help women—whether they are corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, or stay-at-home mums—balance their wellness and sleep needs amidst their busy lives.

If you struggle falling asleep at night, staying asleep or you simply don’t feel refreshed in the morning despite getting enough hours of sleep, I’m here to help you. Many of us don’t use our energy during the day correctly which leaves us feeling exhausted and ultimately has an impact on our wellbeing. A good night's sleep starts from the moment we wake up.

In today’s fast-paced world, generic wellness advice often falls short. Many women struggle to implement strategies that don't take their unique circumstances into account leading to frustration and a very little improvement.

Through combining the insights of Human Design with proven sleep techniques, I offer a specific approach that addresses this gap.

I’m Helen, certified health coach and sleep specialist, Human Design reader and founder of Sleep Body Mind.

Through my own experiences managing insomnia from an early age, I’m deeply passionate about the transformative power of sleep and rest, and how improving these areas enhance our emotional and physical wellbeing and overall quality of life.

I founded Sleep Body Mind with a vision to help women unlock better sleep and improve their overall well-being. My holistic approach to sleep and wellness focuses on harnessing the power of my clients' unique mental and physical characteristics through the framework of Human Design.
