My work is an invitation to do things differently. What is Human Design?

Human Design is a system that brings together ancient wisdom and modern science to help you understand how you are designed to use your energy, make decisions, and move through life in a way that feels natural and supportive. Rather than telling you who to be, Human Design offers insight into how your body and energy function, including how you respond to stress, pressure, rest, and everyday demands. At its core, Human Design is a tool for self-understanding. It helps you recognise what works for you, and what doesn’t, without judgment.

I help women reconnect with their natural rhythm through Human Design, so wellness becomes personal, sustainable, and supportive, rather than another thing to strive for.

My approach integrates Human Design with practical wellness tools, focusing on:

• energy usage and recovery
• stress and nervous system patterns
• rest without guilt
• decision-making that honours the body
• living in alignment with your current season of life
• understanding how your own conditioning is limiting you

I don’t believe in fixing women. I believe in helping them understand themselves, and giving them permission to live in ways that truly support their wellbeing. You’re not meant to function like everyone else. Your body already holds its own wisdom. Sometimes, you just need the right language to hear it.

My work is rooted in Human Design-led wellness, a personalised approach that helps women understand how their energy works, how stress and pressure show up in the body, and what rest, recovery, and wellbeing truly look like for them.

After years of exploring sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, and holistic health, discovering Human Design became the missing piece. It gave me a framework that brought everything together and now shapes the way I support women back to themselves.
